A Mobile Sales Solution with SAP Design Studio
SAP Case Study:
Our SAP Consulting team was asked to deliver a mobile solution for an automotive client that would the organisation’s National Sales team to track real-time sales performance virtually anywhere and anytime using a mobile phone.
Our solution was built using SAP Design Studio – a proven SAP tool for creating data visualisations, reporting dashboards, and BI applications.
The solution includes:
- Real-time analysis of Plan vs. Actual Orders and Deliveries
- Analysis on Company, Region, Vehicle Line, and Dealer Categories
Developed in partnership with the organisation’s National Sales team, our solution is the culmination of different corporate data sets around Planning (BPC) and Operations (ECC Sales), and leverages SAP BW and HANA to manage the data modelling and data replication.
Our client’s National Sales can now review the latest sales performance on different levels, whether they are in the office or on the road.
The ability to track sales ‘on-the-go’ is hugely valuable to the sales team. It means no more waiting to the end of the day for the IT department to update sales figures, and reports can be accessed without their PC.
