Starting at the design stage, Analytics8 built interface, analytics, and visualisation concepts for the service, which provides the bank’s business customers with personalised insights derived from their own merchant and bank transactions.
Using MicroStrategy’s business intelligence platform, we implemented a suite of analytics and reports that are now available to all business customers. Mining the bank’s rich data stores, the application provides business owners with reporting about their own customer spending and demographics.
